Today at work my supervisor not only mentioned that someone may be leaving and opening up a fulltime position but she also complimented my performance, learning curve, and progress in my training.

I cannot express how good it feels to be working for a company i respect, at a wage i deserve, with mature individuals, where i’m challenged and learning constantly, where i’m respected and where i feel valued as a human being and more than disposable.
